How payment works

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total confirms a booking.
• The balance is due at least 30 days before travel, unless otherwise agreed.
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure need full payment at the time of booking.
• Payments are by bank transfer, credit card, or as agreed. Bank charges are the client’s responsibility.
• Fundani Tours reserves the right to cancel any unpaid booking.

Cancellation fees are also in the terms: the deposit is lost from 31 days out, then 50%, 75% and 100% as the departure gets closer.
